About Me
🌿 ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH
A calm, grounded space held with care, clarity, and psychological understanding
I’m Erin, and I’ve spent over a decade supporting children, young people, and families through emotionally complex and challenging moments. My work has always centred around creating spaces where people feel safe, understood, and able to breathe again — even when life feels heavy.
My background includes a BA and MA in Social Work, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapies with Children & Young People (Parenting Specialism), and professional registration with the BABCP as a practitioner delivering evidencebased psychological interventions. I’ve worked across the NHS, education, safeguarding, and therapeutic support roles, always with the same intention: to offer steady, compassionate, psychologically informed support.
The Safe Space isn’t therapy, and I don’t work as a counsellor or psychotherapist. Instead, I offer something gentler and more accessible — a supportive, nonclinical space where you can slow down, talk things through, and feel held without pressure or judgement.
