Why I Created The Safe Space
Over the years, I’ve met so many people who fall into the space between “I’m not in crisis” and “I don’t feel ready for therapy.” People who are coping, but tired. Managing, but overwhelmed. Functioning, but carrying too much alone.
The Safe Space was created for those moments.
A place where you don’t have to be “in treatment” to be supported. A place where you can talk openly without fear of judgement. A place where you can feel grounded, steadier, and less alone.
Not therapy. Not clinical. Just human connection held with skill, care, and calm.
